Each download comes as a zip file (which requires unzipping: www.stuffit.com/mac/ or www.winzip.com) and a set of Unix Executable Files and/or .txt files that make up the pages of the books and copyright and legal notices. (don’t forget to read the “Read Me” file!)

Used to describe the measurement taken between two points.

Used to describe a “cut” in an object.
Section Interior/Cutaway

Cross hatching used to describe the interior of a solid object, e.g; the inside of a wall.
Cutting Plane
Heavy Line Weight (0.5)
Shows where a section has been constructed from a plan.
Concealed Construction
Medium Line Weight (0.35)
Describes object or details below or behind a visible object or surface.
Ceiling Line
Light Line Weight (0.18)
Objects above the horizontal section line.
